Regular exercise relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood.

Personally, I regularly avoid exercise. I hate running. I am scarily unfit. And I am not great at looking after my body. This does affect my health. Especially my mental health.

So! Seeing as this amazing community has just smashed the 5,000 dollar target and raised over 8,000 dollars for Open Sourcing mental illness, I figured I can push myself to run 5,000 meters and see if it helps me feel better.
